Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.
- Commission: Competitive commission program for both new business and automatic renewals, evenly split within the department.
- Bonus: Performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Manage an alpha-split book of business, focusing 20% on new business and 80% on renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Work with top carriers, including Citizens, Auto Owners, Progressive, Frankenmuth, and Cincinnati.
- Utilize the Epic agency management system to manage accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and carriers.
- Proficiency in using agency management systems, preferably Epic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite four days a week, with one remote day.
