Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Primary Care Physician for Franklin Primary Health Center in Mobile, Alabama.
COMPENSATION
- Base salary starting at $200,000 based on experience.
- Average annual earnings of $240,000-$250,000 through RVU productivity incentives.
- Sign-on bonus available.
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000.
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
- Evaluate and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs.
- Practice exclusively in an outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities.
- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
- Utilize dedicated administrative time for documentation and care coordination.
- Deliver patient-centered care in a mission-driven community health environment.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for Alabama medical licensure.
- Current or eligible DEA registration.
- Commitment to outpatient primary care.
- Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
