Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, Arizona.
COMPENSATION
- Base salary of $108,700-$152,200 based on experience.
- Productivity incentive bonus plus retention bonus.
- Student loan repayment eligibility.

POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Deliver preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.
- Perform minor office procedures based on training and credentialing.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Practice in a mission-driven organization focused on improving access to healthcare.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Current or eligible Arizona license.
- Current or eligible DEA registration.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan.
- Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
