• Drive business growth and identify new opportunities within the European Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) market.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders across Europe.
• Manage and develop key customer accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead and support tender activities, including pricing, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations.
• Develop innovative logistics solutions for existing and prospective customers, including mobility services, home delivery, and automotive logistics solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with operational and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of customer projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, systems, and commercial strategies.

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Finished Vehicle Logistics.
• Strong understanding of the automotive and logistics industry.
• Experience in tender management, commercial negotiations, and customer relationship management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to develop customer-focused and commercially viable solutions.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as frequently as required.
