Responsibilities:

Technical Support

• Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring the correct specification and application of products and solutions.

Application Engineering and Problem Solving

• Analyze customers’ operational challenges and develop solutions that enhance asset reliability, productivity, and performance.

Failure Analysis and Technical Diagnostics

• Conduct in-depth technical analyses to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Customer Solution Development

• Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement and develop customized solutions.

Business Development Support

• Provide technical expertise to support the generation of new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market position.

Technical Knowledge Management

• Promote the dissemination of technical knowledge within the organization and among customers.

Interface with Manufacturers, Technical Centers, and Innovation Teams

• Serve as a liaison between the market and development centers, contributing to the evolution of solutions and the identification of new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialization in Tribology, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Asset Management Engineering.
• ICML (International Council for Machinery Lubrication) certification.

Additional Advantages:

• Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
• Knowledge of industrial lubrication and tribology.
• Knowledge of machine elements, such as bearings, gearboxes, chains, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with failure analysis and reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with condition monitoring and industrial processes.
