Description
Job Description:
At National Church Residences, every role connects to one mission: enriching the lives of seniors and their families. With 360+ communities, we’re the nation’s largest not-for-profit provider of affordable senior housing and services. None of that happens without the people we hire, which makes recruiting some of the most mission-critical work we do.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll find the property managers, maintenance technicians and service coordinators who support senior housing. You’ll be joining a TA team that is actively rebuilding how it works. We’re investing in a clear partnership model with hiring managers, better sourcing tools, and workloads that let recruiters do quality work.
The basics
- Schedule: Full-time, hybrid, based in Dublin, OH. In-office Tuesday-Thursday
- Workload: About 40–45 requisitions
- Reports to: Talent Acquisition Operations Manager
What you’ll do
You’ll support our affordable housing communities nationwide, recruiting property managers, service coordinators, maintenance technicians, and compliance roles. This is a high-volume seat for someone who thrives on pace, organization, and building pipelines that hold up across many markets..
- Own full-cycle recruiting for your client group, from intake and sourcing to screening, offer, and handoff to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers as an advisor, not an order-taker: set expectations up front, share market insights, and keep searches moving
- Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, schools, and professional organizations instead of waiting on applicants
- Keep Workday accurate and up to date, so data on your reqs drives good decisions
- Deliver a candidate experience that reflects how we treat residents, with respect, responsiveness, and honest communication
- Help shape our sourcing playbooks, screening guides, and processes as the team grows
What you need
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or corporate
- Experience managing and prioritizing a full requisition load while keeping candidates and hiring managers informed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort with sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system
Nice to have
- Healthcare, senior living, or affordable housing recruiting experience
- Workday Recruiting experience
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or a recruiting certification
