About the Organization

Join Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS) as we deliver some of the world's largest and most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities. FCS manages a global portfolio of capital projects that includes new wafer fabrication facilities, fab expansions and conversions, process tool installations, infrastructure upgrades, and progressive-build programs.

Our projects involve complex stakeholder environments and large contractor workforces consisting of general contractors, architecture and engineering firms, specialty trade partners, and equipment suppliers. Collectively, the portfolio represents billions of dollars in annual capital investment and plays a critical role in enabling Intel's growth and technology roadmap.

Position Overview

The Senior Construction Manager - Site Logistics is a key leader within the Project Execution organization, responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing site-wide construction logistics, labor forecasting, workforce coordination, and operational readiness across multiple capital projects.

Reporting to the Director of Construction, this role provides leadership and oversight for integrated site logistics activities supporting projects with contractor populations ranging from 100 to 1000 workers. The successful candidate will collaborate across project teams, construction managers, suppliers, operations organizations, and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and predictable project execution.

This role serves as a central coordination point for site logistics strategy, trade labor planning, contractor integration, and construction operations while driving innovation, productivity improvements, and best-in-class safety performance.

  • Drive safe, efficient, and coordinated construction operations while minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies for workforce access, material flow, laydown areas, site services, transportation, and critical infrastructure coordination.
  • Partner with construction and project management teams to optimize site utilization and project delivery performance.

  • Develop and present labor forecasts and staffing plans to construction leadership, trade organizations, and labor stakeholders.
  • Monitor trade headcount demand, workforce availability, and project labor requirements to ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Coordinate labor requirements across multi-prime, design-build, and general contractor delivery models.

Program Integration and Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a key interface between Construction Management, Tool Install, Facilities Operations, Finance, Design, Procurement, and Supply Chain organizations.
  • Lead site-wide indirect planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Drive alignment among project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding logistics priorities, resource constraints, and schedule requirements.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions while maintaining detailed understanding of project execution needs.

Contractor and Supplier Leadership

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in contractor performance, safety, schedule reliability, productivity, and cost management.
  • Identify and implement innovative construction methods, technologies, and operational practices that improve project outcomes.

Process Excellence and Innovation

  • Own and drive site logistics governance processes, planning frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Champion Lean construction principles and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative logistics, planning, and construction solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives and support environmental and certification objectives where applicable.

Safety and Culture

  • Lead and reinforce Intel's Culture of Caring across all phases of project execution.
