Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and creative marketer to drive regional marketing execution across IMEA. In this role, you will own event planning and execution, marketing operations, creative asset development, HubSpot administration, campaign coordination and website support.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety. One day you might be finalising logistics for an executive roundtable, the next you could be building a nurture workflow in HubSpot or designing social creatives for a product launch. You will work closely with sales, partner and practice teams, as well as global marketing colleagues, to turn plans into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management & Field Marketing
- Plan and execute regional events, executive roundtables, webinars, trade shows and partner marketing activities.
- Manage events end to end, including venues, vendors, registrations, speaker logistics, promotion and post-event reporting.
- Work with sales, partner and practice teams to maximise event ROI, making sure every event has clear goals and a follow-up plan.
- Represent the brand on-site at events, coordinating booth setup, attendee experience and partner engagement.
- Own event budgets, timelines and project plans, and track event-generated leads and pipeline contribution.
Marketing Operations & HubSpot
- Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot.
- Build and manage email campaigns, nurture journeys, landing pages, forms, workflows and lead scoring.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and marketing databases, and coordinate lead routing and sales follow-up.
- Document processes and best practices so the platform stays clean, scalable and easy for others to use.
- Support campaign attribution and produce marketing dashboards and performance reports.
Graphic Design & Creative Services
- Design marketing assets such as event collateral, social media creatives, infographics, email graphics, presentation decks, case studies and digital ads.
- Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint, from a single social post to a full trade show booth.
- Partner with content and digital teams on campaign assets, and support executive presentations and customer-facing materials.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, events and paid channels.
- Create and schedule social media content, and develop creatives for paid media.
- Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders, tracking and optimising campaign performance.
Website & Content Operations
- Coordinate website updates, landing page publishing and blog posts.
- Work with subject matter experts to gather content, and maintain content repositories and resource libraries.
- Support SEO and website optimisation projects to improve visibility and lead conversion.
Internal Communications & Collaboration
- Manage weekly newsletters and internal communications.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, and facilitate collaboration across IMEA and global teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Marketing Operations: HubSpot (mandatory, hands-on admin experience), CRM management, email automation, marketing analytics and lead lifecycle management.
- Creative & Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and PowerPoint design. Figma is preferred.
- Event Management: Event planning and logistics, vendor management, budget management and project coordination.
- Digital Marketing: Social media management, content marketing, landing page creation and campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4–6 years of B2B technology marketing experience.
- Background in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, infrastructure or enterprise technology.
- Experience supporting regional field marketing programs.
