We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions and a passion for fostering a positive work culture. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and supporting HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Support HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee queries and help resolve workplace issues
• Organize training sessions, engagement activities, and performance evaluations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience
• Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
