WHY US SIGNAL

We have been delivering digital infrastructure solutions since 2001. We are not a startup finding our footing. We have the network, cloud, cybersecurity, data protection, and managed services capabilities that allow our customers to consolidate vendors and simplify complexity. For sales professionals, that means the ability to bring meaningful solutions to market, create deeper customer relationships, and represent a platform designed to solve multiple business challenges rather than a single point solution. We have the product depth, operational stability, and customer-first culture that allow strong sellers to focus on what they do best: building relationships, creating opportunity, and winning business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

US Signal is looking for a Regional Partner Manager to build and run our partner strategy in Iowa, Nebraska, or Colorado. Candidate will need to reside in one of these three states. You will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth, and you will recruit and develop the technology distributors, agents, advisors, and managed service providers who bring US Signal’s solutions to market. You will work closely with our sales and solutions teams and be accountable for assigned sales objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the regional partner strategy. Develop and execute a plan that drives partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and achievement of your sales objectives.
  • Recruit and grow partners. Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with technology distributors, agents, advisors, managed service providers, referral partners, and other strategic channel partners.
  • Win deals with your internal teams. Work with sales and solution teams to identify opportunities, coordinate account strategies, and move partner-sourced opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Enable your partners. Deliver partner enablement programs, including training, joint planning, marketing initiatives, events, business reviews, and ongoing engagement.
  • Manage and optimize performance. Track channel results through CRM management, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and partner health assessments, and work with teams across the company to improve them.

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven success recruiting partners and generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue against goals
  • Experience with TSDs, master agents, MSPs, technology advisors, or comparable indirect-sales partners
  • Proficiency with CRM, pipeline, and forecasting tools; Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region and occasionally beyond it
  • Know the Mission: Mission Alignment, Strategic Awareness
  • Stay Curious: Learning Agility, Innovation, Open-Mindedness
  • Be Reliable: Dependability, Execution, Time Management

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Experience:

  • 5+ years of channel sales, partner management, or quota-carrying experience in technology, telecom, cloud, or managed services

Required License(s)/Certification(s):

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and commitment, you will enjoy a supportive and inclusive workplace, along with the following benefits:

  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation and 10 paid holidays
  • Competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans with Flexible Spending benefits including medical/dental expenses and dependent care
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a generous contribution
  • Group Term Life Insurance covered 100% by employer
  • Wellness Incentive to promote overall employee well-being
  • Paid volunteer time
  • Business casual dress code

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

This position may be performed in either a standard office setting or a home office environment. It requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and other office equipment, and effective time management in a self-directed work environment. Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be required.

All US Signal employees will comply with US Signal Information Security policies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of US Signal and customer data. All employees are responsible to ensure actions comply with state and federal regulations and requirements.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas at this time.

US Signal is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based incentive plan, with on-target earnings of $175,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
