Main tasks:
- Own the master data workstream for a new manufacturing site from implementation through go-live
- Define and establish SAP master data structures for materials, BOMs, recipes, routings, batches, equipment and business partners
- Lead master data migration, loading, validation and data readiness for go-live
- Establish cross-functional data governance, ownership and stewardship models
- Align Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance and IT on data standards and responsibilities
- Implement data quality controls, KPIs, scorecards and remediation processes
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ALCOA+, data integrity, validation and audit requirements
- Ensure integration with SAP and connected systems such as MES, LIMS, eQMS, WMS and enterprise data platforms
- Support training, change management and continuous improvement of master data processes
Your qualifications:
- Several years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance or a related field, ideally in Pharma or Life Sciences
- Strong hands-on SAP master data expertise, particularly Material Master, Business Partner, BOMs, Routings and Recipes
- Experience with SAP MDG or comparable MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Stibo or Reltio
- Good understanding of GMP, ALCOA+ and data integrity in regulated manufacturing environments
- Proven experience establishing data governance frameworks, ownership models and stewardship processes
- Experience in greenfield implementations or transformation projects
- Strong program delivery, stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally with PP/PI, QM, MM or EWM
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; SAP/data management certifications are an advantage
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience and German language skills are advantageous
