Description
Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital is searching for a dedicated Administrative Secretary to be a part of our amazing team!
The Administrative Secretary position is the administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The responsibilities of this position include screening incoming calls and correspondence and responding independently when possible. This position manages the CEO’s calendar and independently schedules appointments and meetings. This position is also responsible for compiling meeting minutes for various administrative meetings. Assist in preparing and maintaining reports and ensure all information meets federal and state guidelines. Receives and coordinates Patient Grievances ensuring follow through and completion, per regulatory standards and mandates and conducts research along with compiling and typing statistical reports.
This is a tobacco free facility. Chosen applicants must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug and alcohol screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable cause as set forth in Agency and Bureau policies. Candidate must successfully pass a background screening.
