Project Manager (Financial Transformation Office)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our VELUX Finance Transformation Office (FTO), to drive transformation and deliver strategic projects.

You will join a global team with colleagues in Denmark and Poland, bringing together Project Managers, Transformation Specialists and Change & Communication capabilities. We combine delivery discipline, transformation expertise and close business collaboration to turn Finance priorities into measurable outcomes and sustainable improvements.

Your challenges and core responsibilities:

• Lead strategic and functional Finance projects from initiation to implementation.
• Define clear objectives, scope, governance, milestones, resource needs and delivery plans.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams and establish clear roles and accountability.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and project reporting.
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, quality and cost parameters.
• Work closely with Transformation Specialists and Change & Communication colleagues to support business readiness, adoption and sustainable implementation.
• Support benefit definition and follow-up, creating transparency around expected and realized business outcomes.
• Contribute to the continued development of FTO project methods, tools and ways of working.
• The role involves collaboration across national borders, and some travel should be expected (up to 30 days)

Your qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably from an international corporate environment, Finance transformation, shared services or consulting.
• A solid understanding of project governance and experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops, decision-making processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• An understanding of change management and the people side of implementation.
• Experience with Finance processes or Finance-related transformation is an advantage.
• A relevant project management certification or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
