Responsibilities
- Lead Project Execution: Oversee and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
- Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies and innovative methodologies into project workflows.
- Field Engineering: Provide technical leadership on-site to resolve challenges and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, site managers, and stakeholders to align on goals and project priorities.
- Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to review progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on project KPIs to ensure objectives are achieved, and collectively identify areas for improvement.
- Mentorship & Training: Mentor junior engineers and site personnel to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Champion sustainable practices in project execution, aligning with company goals and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent field).
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in engineering, field supervision, or project management roles with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation.
- Expertise in field engineering and site execution in large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in CAD, BIM, or similar software for design/technical execution.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across departments with empathy and cultural competence.
- Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to relay technical and complex information effectively to varied audiences.

- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project sites when necessary.
Day-to-Day
- Collaborate with project teams during planning sessions to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Offer on-the-ground support and oversight to ensure smooth operations and communication between on-site and off-site teams.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative methods to improve engineering processes and project outcomes.
- Attend and lead status meetings, producing progress reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Manage schedules and budgets, resolving any conflicts or bottlenecks as they arise.
- Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance and quality assurance during critical phases of the project.
- Foster a culture of safety and adherence to best practices in compliance with industry regulations.
