Description
Provide technical expertise in board bring-up, troubleshooting, and customer-facing documentation to ensure robust system integration and performance. Serve as the primary technical interface with OEM and SoC design team for all high-speed IOs system design requirements, specifications and validation for new platforms. Own LPDDR5X memory support, including initial tuning, validation process, failure analysis, debugging, and system parametric optimization for OEM platforms. Own all system-level support for high-speed IO: USB-C/USB4, PCIe, eDP, DP, HDMI, WiFi, Audio, Camera interfaces and USB-C charging across multiple platforms. Lead IO design reviews, tuning and optimization, and debugging for partners; provide expert-level guidance on board bring-up, tuning, and risk mitigation. Drive procedure development and hands-on validation for IO signal integrity, compliance, and interoperability (USB4, PCIe Gen4/Gen5, HDMI 2.x, DP, WiFi 6/7, etc.). Support OEM customers with fast triage and deep-dive root cause analysis for any IO-related technical issues, escalations, or system integration blockers.
