Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Dayshift; Onsite
Location: Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of collections, disbursements, and coordination with accounts management and treasury teams.
- Monitor cash flow activities, maintain visibility of cash positions, identify variances, and provide timely updates on cash management concerns to management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial reporting systems by coordinating with various teams on transaction records, projections, and balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics covering cash position, collections, disbursements, project expenses, and other management reporting requirements.
- Support financial planning, internal controls, policy improvements, cost management initiatives, and coordination with external finance advisors and business teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, accounting, or related functions; audit firm experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, balance sheet management, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.
- Proficient in ERP/accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting or dashboard tools; experience with cash management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently, manage teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; experience in real estate or property development is an advantage.
