Job Title: Brand Activation Manager

Salary: Negotiation

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual activation plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Create innovative activation concepts to strengthen brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
• Prepare and manage activation budgets effectively.
• Ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed KPIs.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of activation calendars, ensuring brand guidelines are strictly adhered to in the field.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Support activation programs targeting cafés, restaurants, bakeries, hotels, and other foodservice customers.
• Provide market insights and feedback from activation activities to support business planning.
• Other Tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirement: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent.

• 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activations, or Event Management within the
• F&B/FMCG industry.
• Strong project management, vendor management, and financial budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Working Day: Monday – Saturday (Morning)

Working Hour: 8:00AM - 5:15PM
