Description
Job Title: Brand Activation Manager
Salary: Negotiation
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual activation plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Create innovative activation concepts to strengthen brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
- Prepare and manage activation budgets effectively.
- Ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed KPIs.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of activation calendars, ensuring brand guidelines are strictly adhered to in the field.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Support activation programs targeting cafés, restaurants, bakeries, hotels, and other foodservice customers.
- Provide market insights and feedback from activation activities to support business planning.
- Other Tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activations, or Event Management within the
- F&B/FMCG industry.
- Strong project management, vendor management, and financial budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
