About the Job
- Work with sales team members and other support functions within Hellmann to assemble reports, research open issues, and ensure the Commercial team adheres to internal and external (customer) deadlines.
- Conducts in-depth analysis of the relevant market and competition through different tools in order to identify a broad group of potential targets, based on understanding of Hellmann’s current portfolio of customers and offered products and services.
- Works with the Americas Marketing Team to develop customer-specific collateral or content, including coordinating case studies, assisting with event management, and tracking the results of customer-targeted campaigns.
- Supports the Sales Manager and other sales team members to follow-up on open customer issues including coordinating A/R follow-up calls and preparing reports ad-hoc to support the teams.
