All about the role
Are you passionate about crafting seamless customer experiences and driving impactful marketing strategies? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in creating, managing, and optimizing customer lifecycle journeys while executing impactful campaigns that enhance engagement across various channels.
What You’ll Be Doing:
End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Take full ownership of marketing automation projects, from ideation and segmentation to execution and performance analysis.
Lifecycle Management: Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys and ongoing campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Intercom.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, BI, and global CRM teams to define business requirements, ensure seamless CRM system integration, and align with overall marketing goals.
CRM Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of both B2B and B2C campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting, timely delivery, and precise measurement of results.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and iterate to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in marketing automation, Lifecycle, or a related field, with hands-on experience in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (advantage) & Intercom.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing automated workflows, customer segmentation, and data integration. Familiarity with SQL, HTML, or scripting is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, with experience in campaign performance reporting and visualization tools.
Collaboration Skills: A team player who excels at working cross-functionally with technical, creative, and strategic teams.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with a knack for managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively and align stakeholders.
Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
