Order Entry Clerk (m/f/d) Core Diagnostics

In this role you are responsible for the processing of orders through a standard order entry system at our site in Baar.

Your Tasks:

• Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
• Handle incoming customer orders (telephone, fax, E-Mail, electronic orders)
• Provides logistical counsel to dedicated sales representative and customers
• Support customers in case of questions regarding orders, logistics, pricing, invoicing
• Processing of orders. Control of delivery. Compliant handling and problem solving
• Back order handling: Reservations for non-critical products and information of customers
• Maintenance of reagent standing orders
• Ensure professional support for cross Division shared service responsibilities

Your Qualification:

• Apprenticeship as Office Clerk
• Basic product (instrument and reagents) and customer knowledge
• Strong knowledge of order processing systems (AS400)
• Good MS Office knowledge  
• Strong communications skills both verbal (incl. telephone) and written
• Customer oriented mindset
• Fluent in required local languages, English is of advantage
• Strong team player
