Role Overview ~ Paid Media Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist, specifically for Google Search Ads, PMAX, and Google Local Service Ads only. We are a marketing agency, and our clients are Home Services Pros (House cleaners and Landscapers). You will be responsible for setting up, managing/optimizing, and reporting on performance. Only 12 months of Google Ads experience is required for this position.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads channels.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for paid search campaigns.
Manage marketing campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum performance.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools to monitor campaign performance and generate detailed web analytics reports.
Implement conversion optimization strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall media performance analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with broader marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Stay current with industry trends in performance marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), affiliate marketing, and digital marketing innovations to continuously refine tactics.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience managing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns using Google AdWords.
Strong knowledge of media planning, media buying, and budgeting within a search marketing context.
Proficiency in web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and familiarity with SEO tools for keyword research and site optimization.
1-2 years of relevant experience.

Location: Remote from Pakistan
Timings & Days: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
