Job Summary
The EHS (Senior) Specialist focuses on managing EHS documentation, tracking training records, and compiling performance data to ensure compliance with Thai regulations and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. EHS Documentation & Permit Administration

• Maintain the master EHS document control system (permits, JSAs, safety plans).
• Administer the high-hazard permit filing system (Confined Space, Hot Work, LOTO, WAH).
• Track subcontractor EHS submissions (safety plans, insurance, worker certifications).

2. Training & Competency Records Management

• Coordinate safety inductions and toolbox talks; maintain accurate attendance records.
• Manage the worker qualification database and set up alerts for expiring licenses.
• Assist with logistics for specialized safety training sessions.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting Support

• Collect and input daily/weekly EHS data to generate monthly statistics (TRIR, DART).
• Prepare dashboards and presentation materials for weekly EHS meetings.
• Track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Local Liaison Support

• Assist in preparing compliance reports for Thai authorities (e.g., Dept. of Labour Protection and Welfare).
• Manage environmental reporting docs (waste manifests, stormwater/noise logs).
• Administer the Vector Management Program and track pest control schedules.

5. EHS Procurement & Administrative Support

• Manage PPE, first aid supplies, and safety signage inventory.
• Support the EHS Manager with scheduling, meeting minutes, and cross-departmental communications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative or EHS support experience, preferably in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Familiarity with Thai labor laws and EHS regulations; knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 documentation requirements is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and EHS management software/databases.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken) is required to liaise with local authorities, subcontractors, and international management.
• Understanding of tropical construction hazards (e.g., heat stress, vector-borne diseases) is a strong plus.
