We are working with a mid-sized law firm in metro Atlanta and they have an immediate need for a Legal Secretary.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant in a law firm environment.
Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
- Dictation,
- preparing legal documents and correspondence,
- calendaring,
- managing phones,
- time/billing entry and opening new matters.
- Qualified candidates must have excellent proofreading skills and be very proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
