Location: 2078 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525
Schedule: Full-time position including a rotating Saturday schedule

What You’ll Do:
This is not a passive front desk role—you are a driver of the client experience and a key partner in hospital operations. You’ll:

• Serve as the first impression and lasting connection for our clients
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from check-in to check-out
• Confidently manage phones, scheduling, and client communication
• Partner closely with hospital leadership to maintain flow and efficiency throughout the day
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep the front end running smoothly
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and composure
• Represent the hospital with confidence, empathy, and a commitment to treating every pet like our own best friend

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service background required (veterinary experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate)
• Someone who is confident, proactive, and thrives in a high-expectation role
• A natural communicator who can build trust quickly with a wide variety of clients
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• A problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through
• A dependable team player who is willing to step in and support wherever needed
• Someone who takes pride in being the face of the hospital and a standard-setter for client experience
