We are looking for an Senior AI Content Specialist

Your main tasks will be:

• Editing text datasets used to train our conversational AI
• Writing new text datasets from scratch
• Testing new versions of the bot, evaluating its responses, and giving clear feedback on errors
• Labeling and annotating data for model training
• Creating additional creative content as needed
• Keeping a high pace: editing and creating around 100 content units per hour without losing quality

We expect from you:

• Experience as a Data Annotator, AI Trainer, Editor, Copywriter, or Writer (erotic fiction, interactive stories)
• Strong text skills: writing and editing
• Experience in the adult industry (OFM, cam platforms, erotic content, etc.) is required
• Hands-on experience with bots and LLMs (writing datasets, testing, evaluating responses, prompting) is required
• English at C1 level or higher
• A deep understanding of the adult audience: what works in chat, and how flirting, escalation, and retention play out
• Experience editing data, building training datasets, and labeling them
• The ability to set standards yourself: guidelines for style, tone, and level of explicitness, plus quality criteria
• The ability to diagnose bot issues from test results (dataset, prompt, or model) and propose a fix
• Complete comfort with explicit content
• Strong attention to detail, especially in labeling and testing
• Empathy and an understanding of user psychology: what hooks people and keeps them in a conversation
• The ability to handle long, repetitive work while keeping quality high
• The ability to give clear, precise feedback on bot errors

Nice to have:

• Experience writing guidelines for labeling and editing
• Spanish or French
