SHOWROOM SALES CONSULTANT Are you passionate about interiors, décor, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Our client, a well- established leader in the premium interiors and lifestyle sector, is seeking a confident and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join their Cape Town team. Responsibilities • Welcome customers and provide personalised product recommendations. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Coordinate showroom operations and maintain exceptional presentation standards. • Manage stock, samples, orders, and customer queries. • Deliver a high standard of after-sales service and customer care.
Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12). • Qualification in Interior Decorating, Interior Design, or a related field. • Experience within interiors, décor, furniture, lifestyle, luxury retail, or a design-related environment. • Experience coordinating showroom, retail, or store operations • Sales experience in a retail, showroom, hospitality, customer service, or related environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational and relationship-building abilities. • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach. • Reliable transport.
