If you’re already a BMS Service Engineer, this opportunity is worth exploring if you want more than another portfolio of routine maintenance visits.
You’ll combine planned and reactive BMS service with fault diagnosis, condition surveys and small-works commissioning. That can include software, controls procurement, commissioning documentation and taking smaller works through to demonstration and customer handover.
You’ll need experience with at least one of Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens or ALC, together with Niagara knowledge, HVAC understanding and electrical competence. Additional systems training is provided where necessary.
The package includes up to £58,000, a company car or £6,825 car allowance, performance-related bonus, 7.5% pension, private healthcare and 25 days’ holiday.
