About the company:
Raidium is developing the first 3D multimodal foundation model for precision radiology, delivered to radiologists in an AI-native PACS viewer. The initial use cases focus on clinical trial biomarkers in oncology, before expanding to the entire radiology workflow. Thanks to a 16M€ seed round raised in November 2024 and in anticipation of an upcoming Series A, Raidium is expanding its team.
The team:
The founders of Raidium are experts in radiology and machine learning from Owkin, bringing together extensive experience from both fields.
Pierre Manceron, CEO, is a Centrale Paris + MVA engineer specialized in Applied Mathematics and Machine Learning, who previously led machine learning projects at Owkin.
Paul Herent, Chief Medical Officer, is a radiologist and former interne des hôpitaux de Paris, with a Cogmaster (ENS) and PSL background, and has published pioneering research on deep learning in radiology.
Together, our team combines medical, AI, and business expertise from top-tier schools (Polytechnique, CentraleSupelec, Ponts, MVA, Owkin, Cardiologs, Datadog, MVA) and to revolutionize radiology through cutting-edge technology.
