Larson Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Finance Manager for Infiniti of Tacoma to support a high-performing sales team and deliver a premium client experience while driving strong backend results.

This is a production-focused role in a luxury environment—ideal for a finance professional who can balance performance with a polished, client-first approach.

What You Can Expect

• Earnings: $160k - $210k annually (based on performance) 
• Pay Plan: 
  • 16% commission-based pay plan 
  • Up to an additional 6% monthly performance bonus based on results
• Demo Vehicle Provided

• Consistent sales volume and strong deal flow

Your Role

• Structure and finalize finance transactions while delivering a premium ownership experience.
• Present F&I products in a professional, consultative manner 
• Maximize backend performance while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
• Partner with Infiniti sales managers and associates to structure efficient transactions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain lender relationships and secure approvals 
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and funding efficiency 

 What We’re Looking For

• Proven Automotive Finance Manager experience (required) 
• Experience with compliance, menu selling, lender relations, and deal structuring.
• Strong track record of backend production 
• Ability to work within a luxury, client-focused environment 
• Professional, polished communication style 
• Organized and efficient under deal volume 
• Deep understanding of lender programs and structuring

Requirements

• 2-3 years in the retail automotive industry 
• Minimum of 1 year finance manager experience with proven track record 
• Strong Negotiation and presentation skills 
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends 
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product offerings. 
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships 
• Professional, well-groomed appearance 
• Background check, reference check, and drug screen required
