Academic Req: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preferred: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Work experience: 3 years’ experience in business management; customer service or Human Resources experience required.
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
· Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of onboarding workflows, to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
· Ensure all onboarding activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including employment eligibility verification and data security standards.
· Monitor new hire progress, address issues promptly, and gather feedback to improve onboarding materials, timelines, and training content.
· Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding process to provide a smooth, efficient and positive experience.
· Support new hires in completing all onboarding tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
· Communicate with new hires via phone and email to provide guidance, answer questions, and resolve outstanding onboarding issues.
· Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing the onboarding status of all new hires by close of business.
· Process I-9 forms and complete E-Verify cases for new hires within the required three-business-day timeframe.
· Upload finalized I-9 and E-Verify documentation to each new hire’s Workday profile.
· Address company ID badge issues promptly for both new and existing employees.
· Ensures new hire email accounts are created using Active Directory Manager.
· Complete assigned customer support tickets with accurate documentation and timely resolution.
· Answer incoming calls professionally, providing helpful and courteous customer service.
· Process invoices promptly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
2. Proficiency in HRIS and onboarding software.
3. Work with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
5. Strong customer service focus and commitment.
6. Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
7. Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
8. Ability to handle high volume of customer tickets daily while maintaining a positive attitude.
9. Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting.
