Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview

Our client, a well-established company in the Real Estate industry, is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to support its marketing and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, creating engaging social media content, and designing marketing collateral to promote property listings and real estate projects.

The role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support the company's digital growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns achieve targeted KPIs.
• Generate and nurture leads through effective digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing to maximize performance.
• Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
• Develop and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Build brand awareness and increase online engagement through strategic content planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design social media posts, flyers, banners, brochures, and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Create visually appealing content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
• Support the launch and promotion of property listings, developments, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative marketing concepts and campaigns.

Real Estate Marketing

• Promote available properties and real estate projects through digital platforms.
• Create compelling marketing materials that highlight property features and benefits.
• Support lead generation campaigns aimed at attracting buyers, investors, and tenants.
• Assist with property marketing events and promotional activities when required.

Experience & Qualifications

Required

• 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
• Experience creating social media creatives and promotional marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles, lead generation, and social media management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Prior experience working within the Real Estate industry.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Understanding of content marketing and organic social media growth strategies.
