What would you do? Perform quality checks for CRM campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, templates, and dynamic content. Ensure all campaign assets are accurate, functional, responsive, and aligned with campaign requirements. Validate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, and personalization logic used in CRM campaigns. Test email rendering across different devices, browsers, and email clients to ensure a consistent customer experience. Work closely with campaign developers, project managers, marketing teams, and platform teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Ensure campaigns are delivered with high accuracy, within timelines, and in line with approved requirements. Support campaign testing, defect tracking, issue resolution, and final quality sign-off before deployment. Follow standard QA checklists, SOPs, and campaign governance processes.
What are we looking for? Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of experience in HTML QA, CRM campaign QA, email marketing QA, or campaign operations. Experience working in a marketing operations or CRM campaign delivery environment. Good understanding of email marketing best practices, responsive design, and campaign testing processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail. ** Willing to work primarily across Australia/APAC shift timings and flexible to work across different shifts If required Must Have Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML for email and landing page quality review. Working knowledge of CSS to validate styling, formatting, spacing, responsiveness, and layout accuracy. Basic understanding of JavaScript used in campaign-related assets or landing pages. Knowledge of AMPscript for validating personalization, dynamic content, and data-driven campaign logic. Experience working with any of the CRM platforms for CRM campaign QA, testing, and validation - Salesforce Marketing Cloud — SFMC, Braze , Adobe Experience Manager — AEM. Understanding of CRM campaign execution, email marketing, personalization, segmentation, and customer journey flows. Ability to perform detailed quality checks on content, links, tracking, subject lines, preheaders, dynamic content, and campaign setup. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and rendering issues. Good communication skills to highlight defects clearly and coordinate with campaign teams for closure. Ability to manage multiple campaign QA tasks within agreed timelines. Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Review CRM campaign briefs, requirements, and test cases to understand QA expectations. Perform quality checks on email templates, landing pages, campaign assets, and dynamic content. Validate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript elements used in CRM campaigns. Check personalization, segmentation logic, customer data fields, and dynamic content variations. Test campaign assets across desktop, mobile, tablet, and major email clients. Verify links, images, CTAs, tracking parameters, disclaimers, footer details, and compliance elements. Identify, document, and track defects until closure. Work with campaign developers and platform teams to troubleshoot and resolve QA issues. Support UAT, regression testing, pre-deployment checks, and final campaign readiness validation. Ensure all campaign assets meet quality, brand, accessibility, and compliance standards. Maintain QA documentation, defect logs, checklists, and process trackers. Escalate risks, delays, or recurring quality issues to the appropriate stakeholders. Work Orchestration & Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate updates in ticketing and workflow management tools. Record QA status, defects, assignments, timestamps, and closure updates accurately. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Desktop Procedures, QA checklists, and campaign governance requirements. Ensure campaign QA activities are completed within agreed timelines. Support reporting requirements by providing accurate QA status and defect information.
