Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional service for personal lines accounts, with some exposure to small commercial accounts.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 annually + new business commissions
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, with some small commercial accounts
- Handle a mix of sales and service responsibilities (approximately 50/50)
- Respond to client inquiries, referrals, and call-ins with professionalism and efficiency
- Generate new business through purchased lead lists, online leads, and networking events
- Conduct occasional outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Provide quotes for new and renewal business
- Utilize EzLynx software for account management and processing
- Attend to general servicing tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within an agency or captive environment
- Proven ability to balance sales and service responsibilities effectively
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Familiarity with EzLynx software is preferred
- Dependable, hardworking, and a stable work history
