About the Role
This role is responsible for leading service quality audits, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), developing operational SOPs, and designing technical training modules based on audit findings to minimize service returns and improve spare part efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Audit & RCA: Conduct final Quality Control (QC) audits and RCA on returned units and spare part claims to eliminate technician misdiagnosis.
- SOP Creation: Develop and release 100% ready-to-use fleet Preventive Maintenance SOPs.
- Standard & Curriculum Development (Training): Design technical training syllabuses and evaluation modules (specializing in P0: Electrical), adapted directly from quality audit data and the most frequent issues found in the field.
- Compliance: Oversee and ensure 100% implementation of the new pricing scheme for all riders with zero transaction leakage.
What We’re Looking For
- High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (SMA/SMK/D3/S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as QA/QC, Service Lead, or Technical Trainer in the two-wheeler automotive industry.
- Deep understanding of motorcycle electrical systems with strong analytical skills to assess field findings.
- Proven ability to write official SOPs and develop training curriculums based on root cause analysis (RCA)
