About The Role
Knight Frank is looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Support professional to join our Building Consultancy team in London.
Supporting the Head of Project & Building Consultancy and wider team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a busy department through high-quality executive support, stakeholder coordination and operational administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Responsibilities:
Executive & Stakeholder Support
Proactive diary and inbox management for senior stakeholders.
Coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and client engagements.
Preparing presentations, reports, meeting packs and client-facing documentation.
Organising UK business travel and logistics.
Managing meeting actions, correspondence and administrative documentation.
Team & Business Support
Supporting financial administration including invoices, expenses, referrals and supplier costs.
Coordinating team meetings, training records and performance review processes.
Assisting with onboarding and induction activities for new starters.
Maintaining records, databases and team information.
Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders across the business.
Process, Compliance & Projects
Supporting audit, compliance and information security requirements.
Assisting with process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Coordinating marketing collateral, pitches and business development activity.
Supporting internal and external events from planning through to delivery.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is confident supporting senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Essential Skills and Experience
3+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Operations or Business Support role.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience managing diaries, meetings, travel and team administration.
High attention to detail, particularly when working with financial information.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Desirable
Experience within property, real estate, professional services or consultancy environments.
Exposure to compliance, governance or operational support activities.
