Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for projects located in or around Kansas City, MO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform electrical maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure reliable operation
- Bend and install conduit, including 2" and 3" conduit using hydraulic benders
- Troubleshoot motor starters, electrical controls, and system components
- Perform pipe and wire installation as needed
- Operate tuggers and related equipment
- Follow arc flash safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in an industrial environment
- Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment reliability programs
Requirements:
- Must have 5–8 years of industrial electrical experience
- Must have experience troubleshooting electrical controls, components, and motor starters
- Must be comfortable performing hands-on electrical maintenance work
- Must be able to understand and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
