Senior Data Analyst

Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Build automated workflows and data processes to streamline reporting and analytics. Work with large datasets stored in Snowflake, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability. Support integration of data from SAP systems into reporting and analytics environments. Use Alteryx (preferred) to design and automate data preparation workflows. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business strategy. Document processes, data models, and reporting logic for internal knowledge sharing. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline. Minimum 6 years' experience as a Senior Data Analyst or similar role. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. Detail‑oriented and committed to delivering high‑quality outputs. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design. Hands‑on experience working with Snowflake for data querying and transformation. Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and workflow automation. Experience working with SAP data sources. Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
