The Workplace Experience Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, delivering a welcoming and seamless workplace experience. This role is responsible for providing concierge and reception support, managing workplace services, and ensuring day-to-day operations aligning service level expectations and client objectives. The position plays a key role in enhancing employee satisfaction, supporting workplace engagement initiatives, and maintaining a professional and client-focused environment.
What your day-to-day will look like
Serve as the initial point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, addressing inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services
Deliver concierge services in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLA), standard operating procedures, brand standards, and local regulations
Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of workplace soft services to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational excellence
Create, distribute, and manage security badges using the client’s proprietary web-based systems
Monitor and manage badge access systems for security doors and visitor registration processes
Support onboarding activities and assist with workplace orientation for new employees
Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate workplace-related administrative tasks
Promote workplace engagement through social media platforms such as Teams and Engage by sharing events, activities, and site achievements
Collaborate with Facilities and Maintenance teams to support workplace operations and coordinate contractor and visitor access
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives
Partner with other hub locations to align workplace best practices, communications, and engagement activities
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, concierge, workplace experience, or customer service roles
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with web-based systems and workplace technology tools
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing business needs
Other Qualifications
Experience supporting corporate workplace or facilities environments
Familiarity with badge access systems and visitor management platforms
Experience coordinating workplace events or employee engagement activities
Ability to analyze and report workplace service data and metrics
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and locations
Work Schedule:
Location: Onsite at Andover, MA
Work Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday

Estimated compensation for this position:
58,000.00 – 64,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
