Our client, a well-established organization in Calgary’s SE industrial area, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support their evening operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, focused environment and enjoys ensuring accuracy and consistency in data management.
Responsibilities:

- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data across internal systems.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before input.
- Creating manifests for outbound shipments.
- Monitor check in process for drivers.
- Scanning, and filing paperwork.
- Maintain and organize electronic records in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate with customers and carriers.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Support other administrative tasks as required by the team lead.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with database systems, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the SE industrial area for late shift work.
- Availability to work full-time during evening hours (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial operations.
- Post-secondary education or training in administration or a related field.
