Key Responsibilities

Assess, evaluate, and implement AI and machine learning solutions to enhance e-commerce platforms and streamline business operations

Design, develop, and maintain scalable e-commerce systems that drive online sales growth and elevate customer experience

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal performance and stability of IT infrastructure

Deliver technical support, guidance, and training to internal teams on IT systems, applications, and digital tools

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective technology solutions

Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in AI, e-commerce, and IT to drive continuous innovation

Lead initiatives for ongoing system optimization, security enhancements, and performance improvements across the technology stack
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar technical role; prior exposure to e-commerce or pharmaceutical industries preferred

Knowledge with AI/ML technologies, e-commerce platform development, integration, or administration

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges

Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining secure, scalable, and user-friendly IT systems and applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
