Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of complex onboarding, periodic review and trigger-event KYC files.
- Support and develop colleagues through coaching, training and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver clear, structured written and verbal feedback to Compliance Analysts.
- Document findings accurately and provide practical, actionable recommendations.
- Act as an escalation point for queries arising within the QA team.
- Participate in quality feedback sessions and calibration activities.
- Review AML policies, procedures and guidance documentation.
- Support local, regional and global quality assurance projects.
- Identify development opportunities and contribute to quality improvement initiative
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong experience within AML, KYC, Client Due Diligence or Financial Crime Compliance.
- A solid understanding of client onboarding and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience conducting quality assurance reviews within a complex operational environment.
- Previous QA or QC experience would be advantageous, ideally within financial services, professional services, or a regulated environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset and a genuine interest in developing others.
