Managing Director

1. Strategic Leadership
•    Develop and execute the clinic's vision, mission, and strategic plan.
•    Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new healthcare services.
•    Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence.
•    Monitor healthcare industry trends and competitive landscape.            

2. Operational Management
•    Oversee daily clinic operations across all departments.
•    Ensure efficient patient flow, scheduling, and service delivery.
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
•    Implement policies and procedures that support quality healthcare services.           

3. Clinical Governance & Quality
•    Partner with Medical Directors and physicians to maintain high clinical standards.
•    Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements.
•    Monitor quality metrics, patient safety indicators, and clinical outcomes.
•    Lead risk management and incident resolution processes.            

4. Financial Management
•    Own clinic P&L (Profit & Loss) accountability.
•    Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
•    Monitor revenue, profitability, and cost management.
•    Identify opportunities to increase revenue and optimize costs.
•    Oversee billing, collections, insurance relationships, and reimbursement processes.

            
5. People Leadership
•    Lead multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
•    Drive workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
•    Establish performance goals and accountability measures.
•    Promote a culture of patient-centric care and employee engagement.

           
6. Patient Experience
•    Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction and service excellence.
•    Address escalated patient concerns and complaints.
•    Implement patient experience improvement programs.
•    Monitor patient feedback and quality indicators.

            
7. Regulatory Compliance
•    Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, privacy requirements, and ethical standards.
•    Maintain compliance with Department of Health regulations and local healthcare authorities.
•    Prepare for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.

           
8. Stakeholder Management
•    Build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, insurers, regulators, and community partners.
•    Represent the clinic with government agencies and healthcare organizations.
•    Report organizational performance to owners, investors, or board members."
