The firm is seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney to join its growing family law practice in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is genuinely interested in building a career in domestic relations law and wants exposure to sophisticated, challenging cases.
Highlighted Duties:
- Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and other domestic relations matters.
- Handle complex marital estates and significant financial and property disputes.
- Assist with negotiating and drafting prenuptial agreements.
- Manage divorce and custody proceedings, post-divorce litigation, enforcement matters, and appeals.
- Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated family law cases.
- Provide exceptional counsel and service to clients during highly important and sensitive life events.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Successful candidate will have excellent law school grades.
- Must be licensed in TN or quickly able to transfer in.
- Ideally 3–5 years of legal experience, although exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered.
- Excellent writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Poised, professional, and client-focused communication style.
- A genuine interest in and commitment to practicing Family Law.
Relocation opportunities may be available for experienced attorneys interested in joining the firm's Nashville market.
