Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Response in Woodland Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and exterior grounds to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location; report maintenance concerns, access issues, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
