Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / RPA Solution Architect to lead RPA projects from planning and architecture through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath, RPA solution design, project management, governance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RPA programs and ensure effective program governance and delivery.
- Manage communication and relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Design and review scalable RPA/UiPath solution architectures.
- Define and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies.
- Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and resources.
- Provide technical guidance to RPA development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure project documentation, architecture standards, and governance processes are maintained.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of relevant RPA/UiPath experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in RPA solution architecture and design.
- Proven experience in project/program management and delivery.
- Strong understanding of UiPath architecture, automation frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong knowledge of risk, issue, and change management.
- Experience with RPA project governance and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite/hybrid environment.
