A respected, community-based health system in South Mississippi is recruiting an experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing across its 500+ bed flagship regional hospital.
You won't sacrifice scale. The CNO will lead approximately 1,500+ nursing FTEs across a complex acute care environment serving a broad regional population.
What is different is the ability to truly lead.
The CNO will work directly with the CEO and COO and have genuine accountability for nursing strategy and results - without navigating multiple layers of corporate leadership to move initiatives forward.

We are seeking an established CNO, ideally with 3–5+ years of successful CNO experience in a large, complex acute care hospital and a track record of measurable nursing and operational results.
RN, BSN and an advanced degree required.
The organization offers a generous executive compensation package with annual bonus incentives, plus relocation assistance.
This is an onsite position in South Mississippi and relocation is required.
