Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
Facility: Ascension Behavioral Health Outpatient
Department: Group Practice
Schedule: Evening shift | PRN | 12 hour per week
Salary: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
How you'll make an impact in this role
- Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis: Perform high-level diagnostic assessments to evaluate a patient’s clinical needs and psychosocial status.
- Treatment & Psychotherapy: Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Administer evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the patient’s specific disorder or disability.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to align on treatment goals and patient progress. Lead or participate in care conferences, providing expert insights based on assessments and clinical updates.
- Schedule: 2 evening weeknights, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and Saturdays
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Psychologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Master's degree required.
What additional requirements you'll need
- Must have LCSW or LCPC
- Experience working with children and families
