As a Security Officer Full Time Identity  in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential community, you will help create a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying visitors and credentials, maintaining access records, and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while remaining visible to help deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with community procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access-control records while helping to deter unauthorized entry and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• One or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
