Specialist, Production Planning

The Role: 

Entegrisでは、需要・供給・設備能力・会社方針を統合的に捉え、顧客納期の達成と、効率的かつ安定的な生産を支える生産計画担当を募集します。本ポジションは、製造・調達・物流・品質保証・プロダクトマネジメント等の関連部門と連携しながら、日々の生産計画策定および実行を推進するとともに、生産計画品質の向上と納期遵守に主に責任をもつポジションとなります。勤務地は米沢工場（山形県米沢市）です。 

Entegris is looking for a Production Planning Specialist to connect demand, supply, capacity, and business priorities in support of on-time delivery and stable manufacturing operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute daily production plans, improve planning quality, and support delivery performance at our Yonezawa plant in Yamagata, Japan. 

In this role you will: 

本ポジションでは、生産計画チームの一員として、需要・供給・設備能力・在庫方針を踏まえた生産計画の実行を推進し、関係部門と連携しながら計画の精度向上と納期遵守の最大化に貢献します。計画データの整備やモニタリングを通じて課題を早期に可視化し、リスク低減および安定生産の実現に向けた意思決定を支援します。 

主な業務内容： 

• 顧客納期、需要予測、現場制約、材料供給等を踏まえた生産計画および優先順位の策定・調整 

• 優先順位変更・突発変動に伴う部門横断調整 

• 主要指標（納期遵守率、リードタイム、在庫状況等）の成績向上のためのアクションと課題の解決 

• 材料供給の見通し管理とリスク低減フォローアップ 

• マスタデータ・計画パラメータの維持管理 

• 計画関連レポート・ダッシュボードの整備と可視化 

• 標準作業の遵守、計画プロセスの継続的改善への参画 

As a member of the Production Planning team, you will execute production plans that balance demand, supply, capacity, and inventory priorities. You will work with cross-functional partners to improve planning accuracy, strengthen on-time delivery, maintain planning data, monitor key indicators, and identify risks early. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Production plan and priority development and adjustment based on customer delivery requirements, demand forecasts, manufacturing constraints, and material availability 

• Cross-functional coordination for priority changes and unexpected fluctuations 

• Action planning and issue resolution for improvement of key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, lead time, and inventory status 

• Material supply outlook management and risk reduction follow-up 

• Master data and planning parameter maintenance 

• Planning report and dashboard development and visualization 

• Standard work compliance and participation in continuous improvement of planning processes

• ExcelやPowerPointなど、Microsoftアプリケーションを業務で支障なく活用できること 

• SAP等の基幹システムを用いての業務経験 

• 製造またはサプライチェーン関連部署での業務経験

歓迎要件： 

• 製造メーカーでの生産計画またはサプライチェーン領域において、納期・在庫・能力のバランスを踏まえた運用改善／課題解決に携わった経験  

• 製造メーカーにおいてSAP等の基幹システムを活用した業務推進経験 

• 英語を用いた海外拠点・他部門との業務調整経験（TOEIC 600相当以上歓迎） 

• Power BI等を活用し、手作業のレポート作成や業務プロセスをデジタル化・効率化した経験 

Required qualifications: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, for daily business use 

• Experience using an ERP system, such as SAP, in a business environment 

• Work experience in manufacturing and/or a supply chain-related function 

• Willingness to communicate in English and continuously build practical English skills on the job 

• Flexibility to adjust priorities and coordinate with stakeholders in a changing and uncertain environment 

• Persistence and follow-through to complete tasks and drive results 

• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with others

Preferred qualifications: 

• Experience improving production planning or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment while balancing delivery, inventory, and capacity requirements 

• Experience driving business operations using an ERP system such as SAP in a manufacturing environment 

• Experience coordinating with overseas sites and/or cross-functional teams in English; TOEIC 600 or equivalent preferred 

• Experience digitalizing and streamlining manual reporting or business processes using tools such as Power BI
