Are you ready to make an impact in a global organization and join a dynamic, international team? Marsh’s is seeking a Senior Property Broker to join our Risk Management Placement team in New York.
What You Will Do:
In this role, you will:
Lead property damage and business interruption advisory and placement for some of our largest companies.
Analyze and assess complex property and business interruption risks.
Design and structure comprehensive insurance programs and coverage frameworks.
Market insurance programs and negotiating with national and international insurers.
Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise within the Property Practice.
Support standards, templates, and best practices for the team.
Stay up to date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Support cross-organizational initiatives, including sales efforts and ad hoc projects to improve service models and processes.
What You Need to Have:
Extensive experience with property insurance, with proven technical expertise.
Proven track record with large, complex property risks.
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional accreditation.
Strong analytical skills in risk assessment and program design.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high ambition for quality.
Commercial mindset and international outlook.
